This website (multiassetplatform.com) is operated by M.A.P. Multi Asset Platform Limited, a company incorporated in the Republic of Cyprus under registration number HE 443658, with its registered office in Nicosia, Cyprus (“we”, “us”, “our”, or the “Platform”). We provide a technology platform that brokers can integrate with; any broker that on-boards to the Platform is separately regulated by its own competent authority, and we are not ourselves a regulated financial institution. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have in relation to it.
What Personal Data We Collect
Depending on how you interact with our website, our mobile apps, or the brokers integrated with our Platform, we may collect your email address, first and last name, phone number, age, and trading-related data generated through your use of the Platform via a partner broker. We only collect the data necessary to provide our services and to allow brokers to deliver their services to you.
How We Use Your Data
We use the personal data we collect to operate and improve the Platform, to enable partner brokers who on-board the Platform to provide their services to you, to manage accounts for users who sign up through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, to communicate with you, and to comply with our legal obligations.
Cookies and Analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our website. This involves setting cookies and collecting information such as pages visited, time on site, and general device and location data. You can find out more about how Google collects and processes data in Google’s own privacy policy. You can control or disable cookies at any time through your browser settings.
Email Communications
We use Brevo, an email communications platform, to send account-related and, where you have opted in, marketing emails. Brevo processes personal data such as your name and email address on our behalf. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link provided in each email.
Who We Share Your Data With
We share personal data with brokers who are on-boarded to our Platform so they can provide their own, separately regulated services to you; with Google Play and the Apple App Store where you sign up for or use our mobile applications through those platforms; and with service providers who support our operations, including Google Analytics and Brevo. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.
How Long We Retain Your Data
We retain personal data for as long as necessary to provide our services, to maintain your relationship with an on-boarded broker, and to comply with our legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we securely delete or anonymize it.
Legal Basis for Processing (EU/EEA Users)
Where the GDPR applies to you, we rely on the following legal bases to process your personal data: performance of a contract, where processing is necessary to provide you with access to the Platform and to allow an on-boarded broker to deliver its services to you; and consent, where you have separately agreed to receive marketing communications or to specific optional processing, for example through Brevo. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal.
Your Rights
If you are located in the European Union or European Economic Area, the GDPR gives you the right to access the personal data we hold about you; the right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data; the right to erasure (the “right to be forgotten”), subject to certain legal exceptions; the right to restrict or object to certain processing; the right to data portability; and the right to withdraw consent at any time where processing is based on consent. We have not appointed a dedicated Data Protection Officer. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, or have questions about how your data is handled, please contact us at support@multiassetplatform.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Cyprus Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, or with the supervisory authority in your own EU/EEA country of residence, if you believe your data protection rights have been infringed.
Where Your Data Is Sent
Your data may be transferred to and processed by our service providers, including Google Analytics and Brevo, and by partner brokers, which may be located outside your country of residence, including outside the European Economic Area. Where this occurs, we take steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. Any updates will be posted on this page.
